You can register online. We do not accept mailed in applications.
Our races are open to participants of all ages, young and old. However, for the San Diego 50, you must be a minimum of 18 years on race day to participate. For youth under 15, we may require some additional information about athletic background.
In addition to a great race, each race offers unique schwag and awards for finishers. This usually includes a technical T-shirt, a logo’d glass and a finisher’s medal!
No. There is a strict a no transfer and no defer policy. While this may seem harmless to the parties perpetrating the unauthorized bib transfer, it does convey serious consequences to the organizers and participant field alike. From race results to finishers’ awards, as well as medical staff being able to correctly identify participants in need of treatment, it is imperative that the registration data associated with your race number does in fact belong to you, the participant.
Each race sells out early, so race day registrations will not be available.
There are absolutely no refunds, no exceptions.
There will be pre-race packet pickup options. Full details are posted on the Event Info page. You MUST show your photo ID to pick up your packet.
You may have a family member or friend pick up your packet but they must have a copy of your photo ID.
We do not offer a bag check. However, parking is close to the start/finish so you will be able to get your post-run gear from your car easily.
Yes, the race will be electronically timed and results will be available online shortly after the race has been completed (usually the next day).
Run, walk, hop, skip or jump; as long as you cross that finish line under your own power within the 4 hour time limit, we welcome all modes of forward progress!
Due to the terrain and runner safety, we cannot allow strollers during the event.
To ensure the safety of all runners, pets are not allowed on the race course.
The use of headphones is discouraged but allowed. If you do run with headphones, it is requested that you keep one ear free to be able to hear safety vehicles, fellow participants, and course officials.
The race is scheduled, rain or shine, but course conditions and final say is up to the discretion of park authorities. In the event of rain, the course may be altered or the race cancelled for safety and trail conditions per the Race Director and/or park authorities.
