Hi, I’m Carrie.
I coach ultra runners, triathletes, and outdoor adventurers. I have a Masters degree in Exercise Physiology and a Bachelors in Exercise Science, and I help people break big goals (like races) into manageable chunks.
Are you searching for a training plan for your next event? Well, you could Google “running training plans” and find something that could work for you. Maybe you’ve already done that?
But what if you’re looking for something more personalized? Like you want to train by time but the plan you found is written for miles? Or you found something that plans out miles instead of time? Maybe you want a plan that can incorporate your weekly CrossFit/yoga/spin/pilates/etc sessions into your workout schedule? Or maybe you just don’t know where to begin?
Good news, that’s what I’m here for. I can help you. And here is a little bit about what you can expect in your training plan.
I keep things simple. Some things we take on in life are complicated. I don’t believe a training plan should be one of those things. Rest is a workout too. We need a training plan with programmed rest to reduce the risk for injury, overtraining, and/or burnout. I program on the conservative side when it comes to volume. What the heck does that mean? It means I don’t program crazy amounts of miles. I program to build an efficient engine that will help you have a good time come race day.
So here’s how to get started:
Email firstname.lastname@example.org. Let me know you’re interested. The cost is $75.
I send you a form that will help me build your training plan.
You complete the form and send it back to me. The more detail you provide, the more personalized the plan will be.
I build a customized training plan for your race, and then email you a document broken down by weekly workouts.
